Scope and agreements
These terms describe the use of the Nebulys Networks website at nebulys.net and www.nebulys.net and authorized access to Nebulys-managed Microsoft 365 work and guest accounts. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
Use the website and authorized accounts in accordance with these terms. A separate written service agreement, employment or contractor agreement, software license, or project-specific terms may apply to particular work or services and take priority where they conflict with these general terms. These terms do not grant a Microsoft 365 account, software license, or other service entitlement.
Acceptable use
You may browse the website and use services for which you have permission. Please do not:
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or bypass security controls.
- Distribute malware, phishing messages, spam, or unlawful content through our services.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or interfere with other users.
- Disrupt the availability or security of the website or Microsoft 365 services.
- Use content or services in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Security testing requires prior written authorization that defines its scope. To report a suspected security issue, contact info@nebulys.net with a description and avoid sending sensitive data.
Microsoft 365 accounts
Nebulys work and guest accounts are provided to authorized users for the purposes agreed with Nebulys. Keep credentials and authentication methods secure, use required multifactor authentication, and do not share an account or grant access to others without authorization. Tell us promptly if you suspect compromise or lose control of an authentication method.
Follow access restrictions, sharing permissions, and any additional account or organizational instructions. You are responsible for the content you upload or share and for having permission to use it. Account access does not give you ownership of Nebulys materials or other users' content.
Authorized administrators may manage accounts, permissions, service settings, and data as described in the privacy policy. We may restrict or end access when authorization ends, to address misuse or security issues, or where required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and coordinate access to permitted work materials. Continued access and retention after an account closes are subject to the relevant agreement and service settings.
Microsoft's applicable service terms and technical limits also apply. Your home organization may set additional rules for a guest account.
Content and project licenses
Nebulys website text, graphics, logos, and other original materials are owned by Nebulys Networks or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and link to its public pages. Reusing our brand assets or substantial website content requires permission unless an applicable license or law allows it.
Published source code, downloads, and individual projects may have their own licenses. Follow the license supplied with the relevant project. A link or project description on this website does not create a software license or a promise of support.
You retain any rights you hold in content you provide. By sending or storing content through our services, you permit the handling necessary to deliver those services, respond to you, and perform agreed work, subject to the relevant agreement and privacy policy.
Links and third-party services
The website links to external sites and projects. Their operators control their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. Review those terms before using their services. References to another service do not guarantee it or imply that it endorses Nebulys.
Availability and information
Website information is provided for general information and may change. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on a project description as a commitment to a release date, feature, or service level.
We may update, interrupt, or discontinue website features. Microsoft 365 availability also depends on Microsoft, connectivity, licensing, and the applicable service arrangements. Any service levels or support commitments must be set out in a separate agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, or overrides protections or commitments in an applicable separate agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required by law or an applicable agreement. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have under applicable law or a separate agreement.
