What this policy covers
Nebulys Networks operates the public website at nebulys.net and www.nebulys.net and manages Nebulys Microsoft 365 work and guest accounts. This policy explains how we handle personal information in those services.
Projects and other websites linked from this site may have their own privacy notices. This policy does not replace those notices or a separate agreement that applies to a particular service.

Information we handle
Website visits
Our hosting and security services may process your IP address, requested page, date and time, browser and device information, referring website, and security events. These technical details help deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect it from abuse.
If you allow Google Analytics, it may process pages visited, interactions, referring sources, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. Our page-view configuration omits URL query strings and fragments and limits referrer information to its origin. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or Microsoft 365 account content to Google Analytics.
Messages you send us
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name or contact details, message, and attachments. Please send only the information needed for your request.
Microsoft 365 accounts
For Nebulys-managed work and guest accounts, we may handle account identifiers, names, email addresses, assigned roles, group memberships, authentication and sign-in records, IP addresses, device information, and security events. Depending on the services you use, we also handle email, files, calendar entries, meetings, messages, and other content stored or shared in Microsoft 365.
Microsoft and other organizations involved in a guest sign-in may process information under their own privacy notices. An account managed by another organization remains subject to that organization's policies.
How we use information
We use information to deliver and maintain the website; respond to messages; provide and administer authorized Microsoft 365 access; collaborate on work; troubleshoot issues; protect accounts and services; and meet applicable legal obligations. With your permission, we use website analytics to understand visits and improve the site.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for optional website analytics; the provision of an agreed service where necessary; our legitimate interests in operating, supporting, and securing our services; and applicable legal obligations. You can withdraw analytics consent through .
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including service delivery, support, security, and legal obligations. Contact records are retained as needed to handle correspondence and related work. Hosting and security logs, analytics records, and Microsoft 365 records have retention periods that depend on the provider, service settings, licensing, backups, and any legal preservation requirements.
Closing an account or deleting a file may not immediately remove backup copies, security records, or information preserved for legal reasons. If you need information about retention for a particular Nebulys account or record, contact us.
Providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their service arrangements and applicable transfer safeguards. We take reasonable steps to protect access and information, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.
Requests and privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
Email info@nebulys.net with your request and enough detail to identify the relevant website interaction or account. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before acting. Please do not send passwords or authentication codes. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any limits that apply, such as security, legal preservation, or information controlled by another organization.
For a guest account, some requests may need to go to the organization that manages your home account. We can help identify which organization is responsible for information in the Nebulys tenant.
Children
The website and Nebulys work accounts are intended for a general adult or professional audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by applicable law.
